Well crafted Great Tiger kitchen cleaver at an amazing price! Multiple layers of different types of steel alternate in the material structure. These layers are joined by forge welding to form a single unit. When using it, keep in mind that the knife is very sharp and is used for slicing food. We recommend that you wash, dry and put the knife away immediately after use. The knives in this range are unusually sharp and hard (HRC57±2).

DO NOT PUT THE KNIVES INTO DISHWASHER!!!
